Description Camp Tuscarora is centrally located with respect to many urban centers, between Windsor and Deposit NY, on the border with PA. Camp Tuscarora consists of 1100 acres of forests over rolling hills with 12-acre Summit Lake in the middle of the main camping area. We have 12 summer camping sites with 2-man platform tents. We have 4 winter units with a center lodge (wood stoves, refrigerators and electricity) and 4 8-man lean-tos. Plus a newly renovated Nature lodge, picturesque dining hall, a nationally known Handicraft program and a 40-foot climbing wall.

From Binghamton: (about 30 minutes) Go east on Route 17 (future I86) to exit 81, East Bosket Road. Turn left at the top of the exit ramp. Cross back over Route 17 to the stop sign. Turn right onto old Route 17 (County Route 28) and go about 4 miles. Turn right onto Gulf Summit Road (Large sign for Camp Tuscarora). The camp entrance is .6 miles beyond the railroad tracks (Page Pond Road).

From point's east: Go west bound on Route 17 (future I86) to exit 82, McClure. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp and take you first right onto old route 17 (County Route 28). Continue for 2 miles and turn left onto Gulf Summit Road. The camp entrance is .6 miles beyond the railroad tracks (Page Pond Road).

From the South:

From Route I 81 north take exit 230- toward Great Bend / Susquehanna.  Turn right onto PA route 171.  After about 8 miles, turn right onto PA-171 / PA-92 / Susquehanna County Veterans Memorial Bridge / Exchange Street.  Continue to follow PA-171.  Stay straight to go onto Main Street (PA-1009). Continue to follow Main St.  After 1 mile turn right onto Germantown Road. Germantown Road becomes PA-1017. PA-1017 becomes Vinegar Hill Road.  After about 3 miles, turn right onto Gulf Summit Road.  The Camp entrance is on the right, about 0.6 miles beyond the railroad tracks (Page Pond Road)
